2. Deposits & Advance Payments

Certain services may require a deposit or advance payment before work begins. Deposits help reserve appointment times and secure project scheduling.

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the type of service requested and the amount of work already completed.

3. Tax Preparation & Bookkeeping Services

Refunds will not be issued for completed tax preparation, bookkeeping, cleanup/catch-up bookkeeping, or financial organization services once documents have been reviewed, work has started, or files have been prepared.

Clients remain responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

4. Appointment Cancellations

Clients who need to reschedule appointments are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible.

Missed appointments or cancellations made without reasonable notice may be subject to cancellation fees or loss of deposits.

5. Government Fees & Third-Party Charges

​

Government filing fees, application fees, MVA fees, IRS fees, insurance premiums, apostille fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable once submitted or processed.

6. No Guarantee of Approval or Outcome

Made Solutions & Associates does not guarantee approval of applications, permits, insurance policies, tax refunds, government filings, or other third-party processes.

Refunds will not be issued based on the outcome or decision of government agencies, insurance carriers, or third-party organizations.

7. Exceptions

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Made Solutions & Associates.
